WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU…

  • Email and add notes on calendar for absences 1 week prior.
  • Report the tasks you’ve done after shift.
  • Attend daily stand-up meeting at a set time with your team.
  • Attend two weekly 30 minutes to 1 hour meetings.
  • Required to adopt Scrum.
  • Required to send reports for tasks done & overall happiness at end of week.

PH Paid Holidays:

  1. New Year’s Day  – Jan 1-3
  2. Good Friday – April 3,2015
  3. All Saints Day – Nov 1
  4. Christmas Break – Dec 22-26
  5. New Year’s Eve – Dec 31-Jan 2

Note: 2 Days of Work to catch up Dec 29-30 – might just be nice if some teams sign on off and on throughout this 2 week holiday break since marketing campaigns will need to be switched even on holidays, and ensure that things are working and being sent. But no intense new projects started during this break.
